Associate Professor Dr Wahab Ali is an award-winning academic, consultant and instructional expert with over 30 years of experience in education and tertiary teaching. Wahab is the Head of Education Department in the School of Humanities & Arts at the University of Fiji. He has a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Teacher Education from the University of New England. He is the recipient of the Australian Leadership Award and has been a proficient scholar in educational leadership and administration. He is also the recipient of the Vice-Chancellor's Teaching Excellence Award. His particular interest has been in highlighting the importance of creating technology-enhanced learning environments like the HyFlex modalities. He is an active researcher and has numerous publications in well-acclaimed peer-reviewed ranked journals and book chapters to his repute.
