Vimlesh Shukla is originally from the Islands of Fiji, now residing in Auckland. He is a lecturer at Unitec Institute of Technology, teaching in the Bachelor of Nursing programme for the last five years. His current research is based on the experience of Fijians' healthcare service usage in New Zealand. He desires to pave the way for migrant ethnic communities to achieve fair and equitable healthcare services. For this online seminar, he will be presenting on the sudden change to online teaching, which did carve a pathway for future education. He will discuss the online teaching and assessment methods, part of some which he has retained post lockdown period.
