Pritika Reddy is a Computing Science and Information System Lecturer at the Fiji National University. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of information systems. Her doctoral research focuses on higher education pedagogy, digital learning and digital literacy. As part of her doctoral studies, she has designed and developed a digital literacy measuring tool to measure the Pacific populace's digital literacy competencies and beyond. Accompanying this tool, she has also created a remediation tool that improves the digital literacy competencies of individuals.
Swaran is a highly experienced academic, consultant, and researcher at the Fiji National University's National Training and Productivity Centre. She is interested in designing, creating & utilising ICT tools and techniques for Pacific Islanders to use ICT as an enabler and a catalyst for change for rural development and differently-abled persons. She holds a Masters in Information Systems (Medical Informatics) and fellows at APrIGF 2020. Currently, Swaran is pursuing her doctoral studies in Information Systems, specialising in Assistive Technologies for Inclusion of Persons with Special Needs in the South Pacific.
